While we work to deliver measurable results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue figures, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, W&S Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or this website.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the relevant agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to this website at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
